Our term and conditions of service for acting as an agent for the letting or sale of your property.

We KSR estate agency in Colombo are an introduction agency for property lettings and will bring together the prospective tenants and the landlords. Our client base tenants consists of members of the diplomatic corps, Expatriates working in Sri Lanka, aid workers from the non governmental organizations and prominent Sri Lankans.

We will do our best to find you suitable tenants for your property from our client base in accordance with your wishes and then needs. We will advise you in your best interests and provide an efficient service of a high standard at all times.

Our charges are fixed and non negotiable.

We have client from overseas who are looking to purchase properties in Sri Lanka. We will be happy to negotiate the sale of your property to Sri Lankans and expatriates.

Our charges for this service is 3% of the selling price payable to us on completion of the sale.

We charge the standard agents fees for lettings. A month's rent will be charged for a year's letting and pro rata basis for six months.

Our services are free to buyers and tenants.
